The Fort Worth Geological Society is pleased to announce that our 2026 Spring Ice Breaker has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 13th from 5:30-7:30pm on the patio of the Downtown Ft. Worth Flying Saucer Draught Emporium.

Enjoyed the yard games last fall? Get ready for some more fun this spring! Sponsors will sign up for a particular yard game to run and members will be given a passport that will need to be signed/stamped for playing a game with a vendor (or finding them in the crowd) and this will allow them an extra raffle ticket for each vendor they say hello to. This event raises money for our scholarship fund and allows vendors to get direct engagement with potential customers. We also have our usual sponsorship tiers available to those who wish to attend or sponsor the mixer, but do not want to run a yard game. Yard games are limited, so the first to sign up will get to choose what game they want to run!

With sponsorship of this event, your company logo will be included in all promotional emails, banners posted at the event, and announced on LinkedIn. Please see additional perks with each donation level below:

Putting Green Battle: $800

• Up to 5 tickets to event for employees – this includes 5 raffle and 10 drinks tickets

• Extra-Large size Logo on all promotional material, including website, emails, poster and signs at event

Cornhole: $600

• Up to 4 tickets to event for employees – this includes 4 raffle and 8 drink tickets

Giant Connect Four: $400

• Up to 3 tickets to event for employees– this includes 3 raffle and 6 drink tickets

• Participate in raffle drawing at event

   

Oversized Jenga: $200

• 2 ticket to event for employees – this includes 4 drink tickets

• Recognition as a sponsor at the Fall Ice breaker during announcements

• Medium Size Logo on all promotional material, including website, emails, poster and signs at event.

   

Social Vendor Tickets: $100-$800

• See previous price points above for number of raffle and drink tickets

• Tier 1 is the highest price point and Tier 5 is the lowest price point

• The $100 tier will include 2 drink tickets and 1 raffle ticket, one event employee
